Raymond is a very condescending and needs to work on his customer service skill. It would also be nice if you break stuff on cars while you’re working on them you would take responsibility for it and fix it, not blame others. It would also be nice if your mechanics see an issue with your car that could potentially cause a major accident that they warn you. Overall your service sucked!
