Kim did a great job. The online tool is easy to use. My only suggestion is more service options in the menu.

We had an unfortunate, large repair and our service liaison did a super job keeping us informed during all steps of the process. We were given a courtesy car to use during the time it took to wait for one of the many parts needed to do the repair. This was greatly appreciated and made the waiting time not feel so bad. Gavin was friendly, professional and very attentive to help during the several week period it took to wait for the parts to fix the car.

The lady Kim in costumer service did a great job explaining things to me and keeping me up to date as to when my car would be finished being looked at. My car was also looked at and fixed in a timely manner.
