While I paid a little more for the service, it was absolutely worth it to have them thoroughly inspect the car and provide a one on one consultation. VW also covered my Uber rides to and from the appointment, which was a great touch. I’ll definitely be returning for future service.

The entire experience was enjoyable. My check engine light came on, on Saturday. I called Monday and they got me in the very next day. They were'nt certain how long it would take so they arranged for a courtesy car for me to use. By 3:30, the faulty leak detection pump had been replaced and I went to pick it up. Very satisfied with this service.
