Do not buy a car at VW Of Fort Myers, Florida! They lied, they cheated, and they stole money from me. There is no ethics in this business. Avoid at all costs!! We discussed one price for the trade-in, in the final paperwork it was down by half! I noticed the mistake that night, brought in the next morning. They told me sorry Charlie, you signed it’s yours. Bye-bye! Unreal dealership. They changed their stories When trying to deal with me. And now they don’t even answer my emails to find out what is going on. I would avoid this dealership at all cost. There is no ethics involved in what they do. All they wanna do is screw the customer.

From the second we walked in, the staff were all very attentive and professional. We did not feel overwhelmed with any hard sell tactics or overbearing salesmen. Our salesman Todd was knowledgeable, professional and provided excellent assistance throughout the process. He had us in and out with our new car expeditiously. It was an overall excellent experience.
