2 1/2 hours for an oil change is way too long. Mechanic was actually done in about 1 1/2 hours. Took an additional 45 minutes to get the paperwork to the service rep and then she sat on it for an additional 45 minutes. All she had to do was give it to the cashier. I asked for it a couple times with no real positive response. Not a good experience. I won't be back.
