We’ve had issues with our brand new SUV a 2024 Atlas that we purchased in August of 2023 since the very first week. Every time the car would go into the shop it would spend 2-3 weeks in it and it went in 8 times since the purchase. Once the service manager, Oscar, found out about the issue we were having he personally took it upon him self to try to figure out what was going on. Once everything was done to it and the problem still occurred he got us out of this car and put us into a new one plus a better one than we had. The dealership took care of us for the troubles that we had and made sure our payments were around the same with a better model. After dealing with this for as long as we did, we were very happy once it was over and with the result.

The service provided by the salesperson and the manager went the extra mile. Although the inconvenience of the lack of inventory and the delayed arrival of the car was present, their attention and care toward me exceeded five stars. The same goes for the finance manager, who is a person that inspires peace and confidence.
