Here’s a polished version of your feedback: I recently purchased a Volkswagen Taos, and as a college graduate buying my first car, I was beyond excited! The service was excellent, and I really admire the Volkswagen brand. During the process, the sales representative mentioned I would receive a gift from their store, like a hoodie, hat, or water bottle, which made me even more excited. However, after the purchase, I didn’t receive any gift, which was disappointing. I truly love Volkswagen, and receiving a small token of appreciation would have made my experience even more special.
