I chose my rating due to the phenomenal experience I had with the dealership, specifically with cameron, josiah, and their sales manager dean. they truly helped me to find the perfect car to fit my needs before even stepping into the dealership and once i arrived they worked hard to get a good deal for me! I will say the VW of ft myers is miles ahead in customer service and care compared to the VW of naples, the naples branch shows no consideration or respect for their customers and they only care about a paycheck, the ft myers branch truly cares about their customers and the people who walk through their door and i will be back again with my little sister when she’s ready to get her first car in a couple years!
