Great experience. Josiah Calef (sales associate) was great. Showed me exactly what I wanted. No pressure. Very personable and knowledgeable about the car. Tommy Shackleford (sales manager) took pretty good care of me as first as negotiations. This is my 6th VW. I thought about an explorer, but went with VW again. As long as VW takes good care of me, I’m happy to refer customers.
