Luis, the consultant who helped me, was incredibly kind and never made me feel pressured. The manager, Tommy, was easy to talk to and extremely professional. Together, they worked with me to find a monthly payment that fit my budget, which I truly appreciate. When it came time to finalize the lease, Robert walked me through the signing process effortlessly. He was very friendly and made everything feel simple and stress-free. Overall, I’m absolutely thrilled with my new car and the exceptional service I received. I’ve already recommended VW of Fort Myers to friends and family for their next vehicle! The rear climate control panel top two buttons were Stuck on high. They replaced the module and panel within an hour after I brought the car in for service.
