It began with Volkswagen's Road Side Service sending a truck to have the car taken into Volkswagen of Fort Myers - they were great! Then working with Kimberly Bocage at the dealership was an awesome experience - she is professional, kept me updated daily on what was happening with my car - friendly, courteous - did a wonderful job for me!!
