I have been going to Volkswagen of Fort Myers for the service of my 2018 VW All Track since moving to Fort Myers two and a half years ago. I had the great fortune of meeting Ray Wood, my service advisor, on that first visit. Since then, Ray has provided outstanding service to me on each and every visit! Ray is an outstanding human being so it's no wonder that he is so amazing at what he does! He is the consummate professional, always cognizant of my time. He painstakingly explains all of the recommended services and when asked, always gives me his personal opinion on how to proceed. I drive to Miami for work so he understands the importance of maintaining my vehicle. Always professional, always with a ready smile, Ray is an amazing asset to your team!
