Todd and Diego were a dream to work with. After going in for just an oil change on my 2021 Tiguan, They made me a deal for a 2024 Atlas that I could not pass up. After buying mine and enjoying the experience so much we ended up getting my Mother in law into a 2024 Taos the same week! A few years ago, I worked with VW of Fort Myers to purchase our leased car. They were professional and took care of the purchase without any problems. So, I went back to them in 2024 and this time purchased another VW Jetta. Most of the transaction was handled over the telephone. I must admit that the purchase did not go as planned, but Josiah (Salesman) and Diego (Sales Manager) worked through the issue and it all worked out in the end. The reason I gave a five star review is Josiah/Diego took care of me as a customer and made the situation right. Not everything goes to plan, but VW of Fort Myers was there to complete the sale of my new VW Jetta and remedy the potential problem. I could not ask for anything more from the dealership. And by the way, we LOVE our new Jetta. Thank you VW of Fort Myers!

I brought my Tiguan in due to a loud metal on metal noise and right away Kim was there to help and answer all my questions. When she called to tell me they could not duplicate the noise, I was confused as it was so prominent the few days before. While others there brushed off my genuine concerns, Kim went above and beyond and offered to keep my vehicle for 2 extra days to try and duplicate the sound. While in the end we could not get the vehicle to make the noise, I was pleased at her willingness to take the extra steps needed, to listen to my concerns and try to figure things out. She truly is great with customer service, and I appreciate all her help.
