Such an amazing car-buying experience! I was greeted warmly by everyone, and from the moment I walked in, I never felt the heavy-handed pressure from the sales team that you often get at other dealers. As a single woman buying a car, I was treated with respect and never once felt like I was talked down to. Joe was fantastic with showing me options, and Todd was very patient and allowed me time to make the decision that was right for me. Joe and Todd deserve the highest of praise for their customer service! I really enjoyed my experience with Robert in finance as well, and the 2 sales managers who I spoke with were extremely pleasant to deal with.
